What We Do
One-On-One
Mentorship.
We pair students and young professionals with experienced Latino mentors in various fields: business, education, public service, and more. Mentors meet regularly with their mentees to give advice on academics, career paths, and personal development.
Leadership
Workshops
We conduct monthly workshops and where participants build skills like public speaking, networking, project management, and community organizing.
Community
Projects
Mentees work together on small community service projects or advocacy campaigns. With mentors guiding them, they learn by doing, whether it’s organizing a neighborhood cleanup, leading a cultural event, or starting a campus club for a cause they care about.
